I just hope they lose the kidy PG friendly version that we got with Die Hard 4.0 and go back to the more adult wise cracking offensive language version that we had with the frist three films.

  1. Yeah, you’ve gotta watch the unrated version of Live Free or Die Hard. 😉

This looks good. I’m glad they’re doing another one of these films. (I’ve known about it for a while) I really like them. Besides, this is the role that made Bruce a superstar.

    • Burce has stated that he wants to do six Die Hard films in total and then leave the roll altogther.
So this might lead into the next film.

      • I could go for six of them. That’s a nice even number. Plus, I like how they’re spaced. The first three were fairly close together and then there’s a big gap between 3 and 4. That gave them more times to settle into some good stories for the next “trilogy.” I saw some development stuff over the years from where they were going to make Die Hard 4 that was way different than what was done for Live Free or Die Hard. Compared to what they wound up doing, they sounded like weaker plots. (one was in a jungle, for some reason) Also, that gave us time for his children to grow up and they can now be in the films as adults.
